Position: Insurance Membership Customer Service Representative

Position Description: What you’ll do – As an Insurance/Membership Customer Service Representative, you are bringing your expertise to a best-in-class organization that is passionate about delivering legendary service to our members. As a representative of this team you will: Exceed member expectations by providing first call resolution with empathy and product knowledge. In a fast pace call center environment, engage with members who will look to your expertise for solutions and advice on their insurance/membership policies. Promote awareness of AAA products/services by recommending additional services to our members. Be successful by meeting or exceeding performance based goals.

Position Requirements: Our customer service team is confident, brings job knowledge and an ability to utilize available resources to provide excellent member service. Does this sound like you? You’ll bring an ability to succeed in a structured, goal oriented, call center environment and a commitment to completing the entire duration (3-4 months) of the training schedule without interruption 1+ years of customer service experience (P&C License a plus) High School Diploma/GED required/Some college preferred with excellent written/verbal/computer skills Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings.

Compensation and Benefits: Earn $32,240 – $38,188 per year (depending on experience), $1500 sign on bonus for new hires with an active P&C License + benefits! Our Customer Service Representatives earn up to $18.36 per hour, depending on experience (additional $1.00 an hour bonus for fluency in the Spanish language).
