This can be done in many different ways and forums from live in person or over the phone, but there are never any promises made to either the candidates or the companies.
HireLive owns and retains the rights to the Website, the Services and to all text, logo or graphic images appearing therein, and all such materials is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability. You agree that your HireLive account is non-transferable and any rights to your HireLive account or contents within your account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.
Section Titles. The section titles in these TOU are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
