Why would an Employer use a HireLive Career Fair?
You have the ability to meet candidates that haven’t applied to your ads face-to-face versus a piece of paper. Each event has the drawing power of 10-30 well known companies under one roof. With that many companies, we have the ability to reach both passive and active candidates, and you can save money and lower your cost per hire by shortening your recruiting process.
Do all Employers receive resumes from the event?
Each company will collect resumes from all of the candidates that they speak with at the event. Certain company packages include all attendee resumes as part of their package or can be purchased after the event.
What should an Employer bring to an event?
We provide either a suite or a booth for each client, along with a color sign. Each Employer is welcome to bring any other type of table cloth, banner, displays, handouts, or anything else they feel will help make the event be more successful for them.
If we purchase multiple events, can we get a reduced price?
HireLive pricing structure does go down when events are bought in bulk. Please contact HireLive today at (949) 599-1870 to learn more about reduced priced packages.
What are HireLive’s event hours?
All HireLive Sales, Retail and Management Career Fairs are held from 9:00am to 12:30pm.
What are the cancellation and no show refund policies?
Up to 1 week before the event, you will incur only a 25% cancellation fee to help cover the costs that HireLive has already spent.
